Is there a lead time?

Yes!  We require a minimum preparation time of 72 hours.  For urgent orders, please contact us to make arrangements.

What's the minimum order size?

There is HKD1,000 Minimum Order Value for Hong Kong Island and Kowloon and HKD3,000  for New Territories.

How do I pay for my order?

Our website accepts all major credit cards, Paypal, Alipay, AlipayHK, WeChatPay and FPS.

 

Ordering

What is Group Ordering?

Group Ordering is a unique feature provided by our website, designed to simplify the process of ordering for gatherings, events, or shared meals.

With Group Ordering, one person takes the responsibility of creating an event and inviting others to participate.

They can then add members to the event, and distribute individual order links to each participant.

This allows every member to select their preferred food items, and make their own choices.

Once everyone has made their selections, the person who created the event can review the orders, finalize the payment, and coordinate the delivery or pickup.

Group Ordering streamlines the process, enhances collaboration, and eliminates the need for multiple individuals to individually place their orders. It is particularly beneficial for team lunches, family gatherings, or any occasion where a collective meal arrangement is required.

What is Single Ordering?

Single Ordering is a mode of ordering on our catering website where an individual can browse through our menu, select the desired food items, and proceed to checkout.

It is a straightforward and convenient option for customers who are placing an order solely for themselves. They have the freedom to explore our offerings, customize their preferences, and make payment for their order in a single transaction.

Whether it's a quick lunch or a personal celebration, Single Ordering allows individuals to effortlessly select and enjoy their favorite dishes without any additional coordination or involvement from others. It offers a seamless experience catering to the specific needs and preferences of individual customers.

When should I place my order?

Please place your order at least 72 hours prior to your catering event.

On The Day

Can you provide tableware, linens, and other necessary items for the event?

This can be arranged at an extra cost.  Please contact us for more information.

Do you provide waiters / chefs for serving food to our guest?

We can provide waiters and chefs, however this will be an extra charge compared to the website, do not hesitate to contact us directly for a quotation.

Do you provide staff for decoration / setting up?

This can be arranged at an extra cost.  Please contact us for more information.

Are your food delivered hot?

Our items, unless otherwise arranged, will need reheating.

Please contact us if you require our food to be delivered warm.
